I converted a column shift to floor shift on a 1968 Ford Fairlane. This shifter was a great value for the price, and is fairly easy to install. Works nicely in lieu of a stock floor shifter and requires a smaller hole in floor. Teh shifter is comfortable and smooth shifting.

my column shifter broke and i replaced it with this floor shifter. works good how ever it does need a light for the shift indicator.

Install this in my 1996 Toyota Tacoma. With some slight modification to the existing linkage on the transmission the new cable fit perfectly. There was a slight issue with shifting into park and low gear in the ratchet mode, but that was solved with a minor amount of filing on the latching points of the shifter. I was able to drill a hole in the T Handle to mount the overdrive button everything worked out awesome.
