Works awesome for heavy loads such as pulling my camper with my weight distribution system or putting dirt/mulch in the back of my truck bed. Doesn’t slouch. It was easy to install, took about 4 hours. I did not remove my tires or inner wheel wells covers. I removed the 2 screws for the inner wheel Wells covers and placed 2-2×4 x 4″ of wood in the wheel well after removing 2 screws and pulled the cover toward me to give me room to install the valve and fine tune the hose. I also used 3 zip ties on the air bags to hold the flat shape whell installing. Yes, i would buy again. I also cut 1″ × 1″ square tube aluminum and bolted it to the bumper, easier for me to add air. I could have installed in my trailer hitch since the holea are there from the factory but it’s just too low to bend over and fill, hard on my back.

I must say, I was very impressed with the ability to deliver what they promised. I have a 2018 ram 1500 and do a lot of towing for my construction business. I decided to take a shot on the 1000hd. With the cost being so affordable I felt I couldn’t go wrong. They went in much easier than I anticipated, I had the whole thing done in about an hour and didn’t have to take one thing apart on the truck. Pressured them up to 30lbs and checked for leaks then hooked up the trailer and tested with and without pressure and you can definitely tell the difference! I can’t attest to the longevity as of now but from what I’ve read about them I have a ton of faith they will last forever. Highly recommend!

only a week since install , holding pressure great, fit perfect, will update if any thing happens , but so far they are great, 2014 ram 1500. keeps my truck even, as if no load was on it. hope they last a long time.they are not easy to install , at all , you have to be mechanical inclined to be able to do it . if you dont want to risk damaging the air bags , its better to remove springs from axle and slide them in it. put them back on , that is how I did it. at least that is my opinion. tried doing it per instructions, I didnt feel it was safe , could damage bag. could be why some of them leak right after install, also the fitting on top of bag , it would be great if a right angle (90 degree) fitting was available , it is a very thigh fit with the straight one. air hose rubs truck bed, I installed a 6″ sleeve at it to try and save hose from puncture, still good product, dont take me wrong, just hope this helps some one out there to install them and enjoy the benefit of these air bags, . just my 5 cents.

I originally bought timbren suspension enhancements and used them for about a year. I tow a 26’ toy hauler the weighs around 9k lb loaded and probably around 1000 lb or more tongue weight. The timbrens did the job but the ride when loaded was awful! I finally took them out and ordered the airlift 1000hd kit. They were a pain to get into the coil springs but I eventually got it done. I router the airline to a tee and then into the license plate bolt. It rides much smoother now and handles the weight fine. At 35-40psi it rides at stock height whereas the timbrens dropped about 2”. Aside from the installation, everything is better about the airlifts when comparing to the timbrens. This is the best thing you can do for the money if you’re towing or hauling. I would have been happy even if I paid 2 or 3 times as much.

My install may have been harder than most because I have after market HD coil springs. Directions were ok but I recommend the following: use zip ties to fold over the bags so they’re as thin as possible. Use really big zip ties or put two together as one. Once you get the bag 75% or so in the coil spring; DO NOT cut the zip tie. Install the ring and airline to the nipple at the top of the bag. Then position 100% in the coil spring and cut the zip ties. It takes a minute or so but the bag will reshape itself. Because I followed the directions and didn’t do this I had to remove my wheel wells and it was still very hard to get the airline on the air bag nipple.

The media could not be loaded. I bought the Wireless One compressor. Running powe lines inside frame. Took out spare and ran air lines up high and added in a scrader valve at license plate. Look at the way people zip rie them. Also consider feeding air line down through coil then installing onto bag prior to inserting into the coilI have a 19 Ram 1500 and pulling a 7×16 open trailer with 2 pallets of pavers (78 pieces of 18 inch) if was very stable over railroad tracks at 35 psi. 50 psi was too much. Watch video and listen to compressor. It’s nice. Took a good minute and a half to fill from 5 psi to 60 psi. I don’t plan on running that much air pressure.Don’t mix up the firm Wireless One black 1/4″ air lines with the slip on 1/4″ air lines that slide over barbs. I was able to use the air bags black air lines and connect to an extra T valve the compressor kit included.

So far so good. I got the 2000 lb bags for my 2017 Ram 1500. Product looks good and as advertised. Install was way easier than expected, when I jacked rear frame where wheels were off the ground and suspension was full droop my springs literally were loose so I just removed the coil, squeezed air from air bag ziptied into hotdog bun shape and it slipped right in the coil from the top super easy. No leaks and so far great performance. With no load and 5-7 psi truck rides better than stock. Can’t wait to test loaded pulling 10k lbs on the pintle hitch trailer and About 1000lb on truck hitch.

I had rear end sag on my truck from towing my camper. Had these installed and it greatly reduced the sag! Works great
