Air Lift’s 1000 Series Rear Air Spring kit is the easy, inexpensive solution to vehicle “bottom out” events, sway and body roll and rough rides that are often the result of inadequate or uneven rear suspension. Consisting of two durable, easy to install and use pressurized cylinders, this kit provides up to 1,000 pounds of load leveling power on each rear wheel, ensuing a safe, smooth and level ride when you need it.
1,000 Pounds of Load Leveling Power
Simple in-coil installation.
Inflate via easy access air line.
Air Lift 1000 Series Air Springs are pressurized air cylinders designed to provide up to 1,000 pounds of additional leveling capacity to heavily loaded vehicles. Designed to work in tandem, the two air springs included in Air Lift’s 000 Series Rear Air Spring kit share the duty of supporting your vehicle’s rear suspension. Installed within your vehicle’s standard coil springs when deflated and malleable, these cylinders can be inflated to up to 50-psi (minimum of 5-psi to avoid chafing and coil pinch) via a series of included air line tubing located by the user at the most convenient spot along the vehicle chassis. Air lines may also be arranged in a dual routing configuration, allowing the the two air springs to be inflated to different pressures if necessary, at different spots selected along the car’s chassis. Inflation can be done with any air compression tool capable of delivering the pressure, ranging from a dedicated onboard air compression system, to portable air compression tools built into jump-start tools or even a hand pump. The cylinders are constructed of rugged, durable materials and feature high burst strength.
Whether you are experiencing “bottoming out” during which your vehicle nearly scrapes the road and headlight aim is askew, vehicle swaying and rolling due to uneven suspension or a rough ride, the simple answer to the problem could be rear-end suspension adjustment. You can achieve this easily and inexpensively with Air Lift’s 1000 Series Rear Air Spring kit.

Big Guy Review –
The media could not be loaded. Oh man are these things ever the “BOMB”! I really needed these for my F-250 to keep my truck from bottoming out with the plow attached. They work great and were SO easy to install. besides the prep it took me about 30 minutes to install. Check out the video on my UTube channel “The Plow Guys” ya I know a little shameless plugging. sorry. Click yes if you found this helpful.Update May 03,2017: Still working great. They never lost air, and worked through the winter without any issues. Will keep you posted.

Yes sir! Old thunder will be sitting up like a show horse! Actually, I bought these to help smooth out the bumps on my 1 ton dually when pulling my 5th wheel with a bed full of firewood. I load heavy cuz when I get to camp, I’m on my ass… These are fairly easy to install if you have some mechanical inclination. And they do dampen the dips. Also, I installed mine with four way manual control, so I can level my truck in almost any situation I may find myself in
orders way too much –
Well they certainly works bought them to make sure my front end didn’t dip for plowing. The bags are durable and I believe they will hold up well. I’ll update if they don’t.Now for the bad. The instructions are horrible. You’ll be better off on YouTube. They give you just short of what you need to properly install the bags to a central point. The t fitting and clamps are cheesy as hell, they don’t even sell these aftermarket in their own store. There are a few vendors on here that sell the slip on fittings and tubing, get that before you start the install. I really want to do the automatic pump but it’s ungodly expensive so maybe next year.

Put the air bags on the fron of my f250 was pretty easy and straightforward. The hardest part was getting inside the spring since I didn’t drop the front end. But after that I went pretty well. I guess trying to figure out were you going too run airlines and place the Schrader valve was the next hard part. But that just hard in the way of thinking and figuring it out. To make the job easy buy the metal T-pees to connect the line, the lines just snap in. You can see T-pees in the pictures. Next buy the airline cutter it cut the line nice a clean and it spring loaded so I snaps back down. Front start to finish it took me 60 minutes.

I have a 1 ton Ford. The you-tube videos people put up show pulling the front coils. I Smooshed out the air and squeezed it into the coils. It worked for me.
