   They do what they are designed to do I guess ? The instructions were wrong says to hammer the old ones out when you have to drill them out. They all so were barley long enough they were all most to short ! I bought mine for an 08 GMC Serria 2500 6.6 duramax 4×4 Z71 with 6 to 7 1/2 super lift . It is the drop down bracket lift not the knuckle lift don’t know if that may be a factor or not ? meatal may be thicker on the drop brackets . If you were doing this on a stock truck would recommend theses parts but on a lifted truck like mine with drop bracket style lift just call your lift kit manufacture and order some new drop brackets They will cost some money $$$$ for all for of mine around 500 bucks but worth it helps hold the alignment better.

   These worked out okay. It was a do it yourself job. I did it myself but some hole they fit, other holes they were loose. probably should let the dealer or suspension shop handle it next time.

   2004 Chevrolet 2500 4×4 fit perfect, just another needed part for front end rebuild, fyi on this highway truck the front end was trash at 167,000. Ball joints, tie rod ends, wheel bearings, steering box, sway bars, cv axles, pitman arms, idler arms, control arms.. Truck would not stay aligned for very long before wore tires all kind of ways. Drives like new now!

   You can’t just easily press these in. Use the vise grips as the instructions note, along with a hammer & punch, on the vise grips.
