   Be aware: Shorter J Bolts required. Additional purchase needed for 2019 Nissan Rogue FYI. The threads do not reach low enough as the replacement optimum battery is not as tall as the factory one.

   I have always heard tales of the great quality of Optima batteries, so when my current battery died, I decided to treat myself to a taste of The High Life.Here’s how amazing this battery is! I ordered the 12 volt model, so naturally when it got here I unboxed it and tested the voltage to make sure I had the right size.Well you can certainly imagine my pleasant surprise when the battery measured 13.8 volts!! Yeah! I know!! They added an extra 1.8 bolts FOR FREE!Thanks, Optima! I will be recommending you to anyone who wants my opinion on batteries!!

   I was having staerting issues and the old battery was a bit corroded. Amazon told me this would fit my vehicle and after about 8 hours on the battery tender, the battery was fully charged and ready to install. Since then no more issues at all.

   This was the 2nd one I purchased for my 2010 Toyota Rav4. The first one lasted 6 years and 4 months. It was easy to change so I replaced it again. Now my Rav4 has 288,000 miles on it and I’m gambing the car will last as long as this new battery!

   This is my second Optima battery, to replace a yellow top which lasted over six (!) years. Yes, batteries normally don’t last that long but the yellow top was tested regularly and still functioned perfectly until I decided to replace it after I moved to a colder climate. This is an expensive battery but it also buys peace of mind. One tip for vehicle application: Don’t rely on Amazon and go directly to the Optima website to check the model for your vehicle as this is the only reliable info for fitment.
