Install was a piece of cake. Most of the time of the instal was reading the directions. They were clear and had easy to see pictures considering I’m more a picture than word guy. Performance wise I did notice a bit of and increase in initial speed. My truck has a lot more power going from idle to higher rpms. It also increases the sound of the turbo speeding up and is a lot louder than before. Overall not a bad product.

Great product with K&N always, easy to install but wasn’t a exact bolt on with my 2014 Chevrolet3500 DirtyMax. I had to leave the lower reservoir mount unbolted and pushed back to be able to bolt the air box in place.

Took me less than an hour to install.Provides a nice sound at exhaust, I haven’t driven enough to notice any mileage improvement or added power.

I would give this a 5 star review…. Except for the fact that I could find no way possible to install the heat shield with the provided weather stripping intact…. I may be a newbie but Ive done these several times with AFE with no issuesIts impossible to get it to fit with the bloated strips and get the bolts in place… I finally gave up and out the heat shield on without it… Other then that it seems like a good systemIf they came up with a better heat shield method it’d be 5 star all the way

Very easy install – their 1-hour estimate seems to also include time for getting out your tools and dropping a few down in the engine bay. My only gripe was that I think I didn’t get the right number of hose clamps – a couple of them seemed a tad small for where they should go. 15 minutes and a 3-dollar trip to the parts store fixed that, though.Performance-wise, it definitely seems more responsive. Haven’t had enough drive time to fully compare MPG’s, but I would say their estimates seem to be accurate so far. Definitely would recommend based on my experience so far.

The sensor didn’t fit after removing the old filter box. I had to grind the metal away for it to work. Also, I’m not sure K&N makes you add stickers. Seems like a knockoff.
