XS POWER D3400!!! Holy Moly power batman! This battery is awesome. If you’re in the market to buy a battery, wether its for upgrading your sound system or to simply replace your old battery, then this is it. Is it pricey, is it going to last 10+ years, is it a direct fit, or is it durable, HELL YEAH!!Since 2003, I had an Optima yellow top in my IS300 and had to replace it once with another Optima yellow top and I’ve had enough. Replacing a yellow top every 6 years at $200+ a pop… it’s not worth it anymore. I’ve read somewhere that these things will last 10 years no problem, well I’ll see about that. Still skeptical. This bad boy is hefty! It bolts right on like a champ. It comes with the M6 terminal bolt and you can bolt things right up. It does NOT come with battery posts, but can be purchased separately. Some may think this is a bad thing, but it really isn’t since your old battery terminal has a top mounted bolt, simply remove your cables from that bolt and mount it directly to the battery. Since you’re battery is coming out anyways, I’d recommend running a parasitic battery draw test with a meter. Google “parasitic battery draw”.This thing fires up real quick! I think it comes close to doubling up on the CC amps on my IS300. So my car starts right up. Heavy duty for sure, I’ve ran my radio with my car off with an eD nine-4 with DLS Nordica 6.5s and a Audioque d1200 with an Acoustic Elegance ib15, and this thing rocks and after an hour my car started right up.

Just yesterday I got this product but it is just as good as anticipated so far.Replaced the stock battery with one of these in a 2005 Buick Lesabre, in the stock battery location (underneath the rear seat). I also used the stock wiring, so no big 3, no big wire ran to the back (not even 4 gauge it looks like, I’m not sure on the size of the stock wires). I just purcased this and the 551 I-bar adapter for side post terminals. nothing else was purchased for the install of this battery so far. While it was time to replace the stock battery, I knew getting another cheap battery was not going to work because I am currently running a Rockford Fosgate T20001bd @ 2 ohms, which is still about 2000+ watts. That’s when I made the decision just to go for it and not worry about another battery in the near future. Now that it has been colder out, my car really has been taking a while to crank compared to what I’m used to it taking. I checked the capacity of my old battery and it was barely holding 12.4 volts. As soon as my car would cool down it would take much longer to crank it seemed like. Before getting this battery, when I would play songs with longer bass notes the voltage would go from 15v down to 12.2 at the lowest. With this new battery, I have not seen it go below 12.8. It usually maintains 13.2-13.8 on most songs with a heavy beat, or at least that’s what I have seen so far in the little amount of testing I have done. Not just that, but I am actually hearing detail through my speakers now! I didn’t realize more power would make everything sound cleaner!

I have a small SUV (2005 Escape) that I use to do a ton of the grid camping. This battery perform solidly year round and never complained about me needing to steal it’s power to run other overnight accessories: included running a power inverter and operating/charging multiple laptops or a fan that has a really high power on draw. The vehicle could remain parked in below freezing temperature for weeks at a time and have no problems.NOTE: I REALLY was tempted to give this a 4 star rating as almost 3 years to the date, this battery died. I purchased the battery January 2016. Leading into winter of 2018, I noticed the vehicle starts were slowing down. Alas the vehicle was out of commission over the winter (end of November) and was not started for 3-4 months (beginning of March); at which point the battery was so dead there was no reviving it (tried charging, but seems there were several cell outs, it never could reach over 12v). So, I know the battery was starting to get a bit tired, but I can’t say for sure how much life it really had left (3-4 months with weeks at below freezing could have zapped any stalwart battery)…

This is perfect for RV/caravan solar, stereo and I use it for my 1500 watt inverter and to charge USB, application. Better than lithium because it is more powerful and also charges very efficiently and can discharge down to 20%. Lithium is great but does not match all applications. Get this for those situations where you need that extra kick and a dependable power supply. I went to school for electrical and college for this sort of thing and have been working on this subject over ten years now. It is the best battery on the market hands down pound for pound of anything.

This thing seems to do the job. I am running it along with a 300 amp alt, two XS Power 34 series AGM batteries and and optima yellow top AGM in the front. This is on a system that setup to run 5k watts RMS. My volt meters at each amp toggle between 14.3 and 14.4 volts at full volume.

This beast right here. AGM all the way. Easy setup with the recommended terminal blocks. My voltage stays at or above 14v (with some dips in the 13.8 range with headlights on and heavy bass runs) with a 2k amp pushing 2 subs at 1k watts a piece and a 4ch 1k amp. Granted, however, with everything blasting, my headlights still dim at night on deep drops in bass. This is where my next purchase will come in handy. A 320a high output alternator. For most applications with lighter power draw, this will rectify most issues. The bigger in power, the more you need. This thing is vital. Worth every penny.

I used a battery tester and 3 years later this battery is still going strong. It did great with my 3000W rms subwoofer. Not bad really
