Yes, it will fit a 6 cylinder , 3.5L Toyota/Lexus Engine. To verify your filter fitment, Go Here: https://parts.olathetoyota.com/index.htmlI strongly recommend you buy more than one when you buy. I buy four at a time (less than $30 total) each year to take care of the upcoming oil changes to my wife’s 2007 3.5L V6 Toyota Camry XLE. My wife’s car has almost 80,000 miles and the inside of the engine looks almost brand new. When i did the plugs and coils about 2 months ago I looked inside with a bore scope camera. I also use regular 87 gas and add 1 bottle of Chevron Plus fuel treatment twice a year to keep the injectors and fuel tank clean. I have had zero problems, knock on wood, with this car because I use quality parts and do regular maintenance. I easily expect to get 300,000 miles from this car. These filters are way cheaper than the dealership prices and you get the exact same very high quality Toyota Filters for less.Other than the Toyota brand, I would only buy WIX or K&N filters because of the high quality filtration media used to make the filters. Many other lower priced filters tend to be made of paper with far less pleats to capture the dirty particulates or stuff in the oil. Sorta like the holes in a sponge, or having the ability to soak up liquid – the additional holes means there is more surface area to soak up the liquid. Not cleaning the oil properly means a shorter oil filter life span and more frequent oil changes that cost you a lot more down the road.Besides who would want pieces of a paper filter broken down by normal use of hot engine oil that is traveling around in your oil on the way to all of the bearings. One could say that a new engine, or new car payments and maybe even increased and unnecessary auto repair shop bills could be in your future with the use of poor quality paper filtration.I suggest you invest in the proper tool to remove and install the filter housing. Tighten the oil filter housing to 25Nm (or about 18 Ft/Lbs.) when reinstalling. Note that your Toyota V6 Lexus V6 engine oil system i.e. the filter system and oil pan, operate under a slight vacuum when the vehicle is operating. Do Not over-tighten the filter housing, 18 Ft/Lbs is MAX! No need to make almost impossible to remove because it won’t leak and you may break the filter housing trying to change your filter. Please remember to wipe a little oil on the new O-Rings. They only need to be wet. This will help seal them in the housing and allow for really super easy removal when you change the filer cartridges next time. Honestly, If i didn’t lube them before I went under the car, I’ll use a finger dab from the old oil pan. Wont hurt a thing – it’s only a dab of oil on a O-Ring that doesn’t move around. Many of my fellow engineers recommend 14 to 16 Ft/Lbs. This is just about a tad more than snugged down after it stops turning easily when being installed. The 6 cylinder removal tool is found on Amazon here: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00L84EKI0?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00 or here: http://www.amazon.com/Astro-78521-2-In-1-Filter-Socket/dp/B00LH05Q88/ref=pd_sim_263_6?ie=UTF8&refRID=0FF3CTR5MJQGNSVHTK0R&dpSrc=sims&dpST=_AC_UL160_SR160%2C160_The 4 cylinder removal tool can be found on the bottom of Amazon’s 6 cylinder web page.I bought the ABN tool because i know it is good and $7 isn’t gonna make or break me. The Astro Tool (Astro Pneumatic) company is also a very reliable company but i have little experience with their tools. Very respected from some of my engineer buddies. They have some of the better 3/8″ and 1/2″ drive Impact on the market even being that they are made in China.I truly hope this allows you to make a better and more informed decision.the mechanic

The price of this oil filter is cheap and is a OEM part. Aftermarket filter are more expensive. This filter is recommended by Toyota mechanic. It come with everything. I recommend to use OEM part then aftermarket.

Well toyota did it. You now have to crawl under the car, if you can and have a special tool to change oil. Thats a step back 20 years from the spin on.
