   The wire colors are not the same as the vehicles wires but with a little brains its not hard to figure out. On the plus side it is the correct harness and the quality is really good so four stars just because I had to figure out which wires went where buy matching the old harness. I feel bad though for some one who doesn’t have the old harness as a guide as there is a lot of wires on the harness and only a hand full get used. Good Luck!

   Worked as needed. I bought a 2004 Silverado that had been stolen at some point and the original harness had been cut out. Was a bit intimidated by how many wires are on this harness, since my silverado only had 3 wires ( black, orange and small orange) besides the speaker wires. Finally figured out that my “small’ orange wire was a data cable and had to go to the orange data wire on the harness. Works great. Super fast shipping!!!

   Works Perfectly For What I Am Doing… I connected speakers and power wires to a set of bookshelf speakers and a 12 volt power supply from indoors in the house and the Automobile Radio Becomes A House Radio/CD Player. Connect antenna wire to Radio From Motorola Plug and it’s a great way of playing music, and testing Automobile Radios out. I have a good collection of radios from my Automobiles I have owned and replaced to Aftermarket ones and from Automobile Junk Yards and Ebay has GM Factory Radios for around $25 from Junk Dealers. Great Idea for a collection like mine just buy up old radios and turn them on like they were in the Automobile. Thought about making a stereo rack out of wood like they have at Audio Displays in stores and connect them up to a few speakers. Otherwise they just lay around collecting dust in a storage shed seen tons of radios in junk and antique yards some from 1960’s 1970’s and 8 Tracks to Cassette ones. LOL 🙂

   This was exactly what I needed. I installed an aftermarket radio in my truck about a year prior to installing my new one. The harness for it didn’t work because I was too cheap to buy the controller that let’s you use all the factory goodies like steering controls, on Star and serious xm. So I ended up chopping up my radio harness to try and find the right wires without me realizing that it didn’t matter because all of the wires go to an amp. So when I went to replace the old aftermarket radio with a new one. I had to get a new wiring harness. This thing works amazing. It’s what you want it to be. Nothing more. Nothing less. There are some extra wires but you don’t have to use all of them. Great product and very affordable. Hopefully won’t have to buy again, but if I do I will definitely buy this product.

   Do not buy if you’re looking to connect a aftermarket radio. This is not a reverse harness. It is the exact harness that is in the vehicle. NO RETURNS. They got me on the one time I didn’t read the reviews.

   The media could not be loaded.  This wiring harness is not a installation kit for a vehicle, this is a factory replacement for the original wiring harness coming from the car connected to original radioIs a set of 2 male connectors and is the same exact ones that come in the car.
