Well it came in nice package box from mishimoto.Truth be told it does not look like picture .Ill explain the motor in the pic.U can see as i do but when the product came it was just a metal ring with a sticker on it .if u took the ring off it would look just like a 20.00 fan of ebay the china junk.I know cause i had one .I bought this to replace the china junk one. It is the same thing in my mind maybe the motor is better .I WILL SAY THIS IT MOVE’S THE AIR. But it has a vibrashion the fan blade is not balanced.its not the mounting .Cause it does it just laving on the ground with power hooked up.I will buy another one when my other cheap junk fan goes . because they have a warranty on motor so it should last longer. i have 2 fans one on tranny ,ac condenser ,stock raddy. the fan works just has issue ( if mishimoto used the blade with the ring on the tip of the blades it might not vibrate the junk one did not vibrate and it had this ring on the blades.) ow ya and it even came with STICKERS eww.

This is exactly what I ordered. The newer designed Mishimoto 14″ slimfan. This product was delivered to me quickly and was an easy install. I’d have to say it fit perfectly on the Mishimoto shroud I already owned but I had to modify the shroud to fit the larger fan. Install / wiring was easy. I am not sure what the reviewers stating this is the same as the cheap one are trying to get at. It looks like a genuine Mishimoto fan to me. See my pictures. I rated this 4 stars because I feel that it doesn’t pull as hard as I want it to. I have an older Mishimoto fan sitting next to it that pulls a bit harder, but I don’t know which model that one is. Overall satisfied.

Nice fan. Looks great. Might run ok, mine is broken. I broke an individual blade while installing it. It is finely balanced and will not work with a missing blade. Recap. Motor fine, plastic shroud fine – fan part is missing a blade. I contacted Mishimoto and explained that I would like to buy a replace plastic fan. They were nice and courteous and responded that they don’t sell parts. So this is not a $10 fix, its a whole new fan fix $75. The perfectly good motor and shroud go to a landfill. Not very eco. They did offer a discount on new fan.Fans spin – Blades hit things, blades break. Just wish this were serviceable. I now have a spare motor and shroud.

Took of my belt driven fan after 3 water pumps in 80,000 miles. I don’t know if this will solve that issue but the fan works great. Initially I did not hook up the wire to the AC compressor to turn it on whenever AC is on. That was a mistake as the AC was not cold at idle. As soon as I hooked that up the AC is ice cold again. Easy to install, less than 1 hr. Lifetime guarantee is what made me purchase this.

I MacGyvered this fan into the plastic radiator shroud of 1984 Toyota Dolphin RV; it fit almost perfectly. Four 2.5” length 1/4” stainless bolts with locknuts & plastic spacers (Rainbird sprinkler hose fittings cut to proper length) between fan & shroud put fan 3/8” from radiator. When I read a review that this kept a 3.4L V6 cool I knew it’d be fine. I’m stoked.

Placed it on the front of my radiator on a 2002 BMW Z3 2.5i as an upgrade for the old fan and it works great. I did have to trouble shoot the wiring because they are different colors. The installation was easy for me. I have had it for 2 months so fats no problems yet.

Replaced new Spal fan purchased just weeks earlier and this fan makes all the difference with cooling. Last fan did not move enough air and this one is much more powerful and even quieter.
