   For anyone who pulls the old bushings out and then compares these, you’ll notice that the rubber portion is shorter than the stock bushings when the moog pieces are fresh out of the box. Don’t worry about it, they stretch to fit and then the metal inserts will sit correctly.I highly recommend doing this with a press, as it makes your life a lot easier during installation.Pulling the old units out is a PITA, and involved lots of swearing and contemplating dropping it off at a shop, but the install is straight forward if you lightly lube the bushing (I used a light coating of WD40 at the tip) and pressed it all the way through.

   The reason for the 3 stars isn’t because of the product, they just are not the correct ones for my 01 Silverado 4×4. When I opened the box, they appeared to be high quality, was ready to install them when until I matched them up with my lower A-frame. I found that they would not go all the way through to the other side, they were about an 1″ too short. Not sure if I was sent the wrong ones or my truck has a different setup. Nothing against the company, I would recommend purchasing this from them. Thank god I matched the part up first before attempting to install them. That would have been a bigger mess.

   Ok so they asked if they were easy to install, well yes and no,Yes ,,,I have a well equipped shop with lift and press so yea they installed as easy as you could expect.No,,, they are not easy to install for the average person working in the driveway without any speciality tools.So you get to choose easy or hard up to you.

   These are correct for 01-10 Silverado 2500, they went in my 2008 easy with a little grease and a harbor freight hydraulic press. People saying they are the wrong size and too short are just wrong, they look short until you install them then they fit perfectly

   These bushings seem to be to short but in reality if installed right the larger end becomes flat instead of the cone shape. And the smaller lip gets pushed out the other side and folds over the the control arm hole. They are not to short! FYI freeze them over night before installing and add a healthy amount of lube to your bushings right before install.Don’t like the way these bushings have to be pressed in because not everyone can get to a press.

   Super easy to tear make sure you back up all the rubber when pressing in these have to be installed with a press or ball joint press do not only press the metal inner sleeve they did fit the 2004 2500hd control arms on a duramax
