Oil Pan Gasket for Ford 7. 3 Powerstroke & International T444E includes mounting studs
- Until now there has not been an oil pan gasket for the Ford 7. 3 Powerstroke 1994-2003 and International T444E engines, even from the factory the oil pans for these engines were installed with silicone sealant.
- Moroso Performance Products came out with this patent pending oil pan gasket that is re-useable and makes life easier for the professional and back yard mechanic
- Gasket is constructed out of high temperature/oil resistant material with a rigid core and built-in steel inserts at each bolt hole.
- Includes mounting studs and nuts

Was leary about the install, as I didn’t remove the engine from the truck. Couple of tips if you raise the cab. Either have a lift or multiple jacks so you can raise the front and back of the cab. I barely had enough room to get the pan out. I had to raise the back of the transmission to get enough clearance. Follow the directions, looks at the color pictures online as the print out, you couldn’t really see what was going on. Put the sealer where they say, snug it down. Let it set over night, torque to their spec in the morning.

Installed without removing the engine or raising the cab. Raised engine enough to put 2x4s under engine mounts. Removed oil cooler to lower oil pan enough to clean surface with pneumatic wire brush. You must clean old Sealer completely. Then I fed one side of the gasket over and into the oil pan then I skid the other side up and over the mounting studs for pan then over the studs on the other side. Used some transmission assembly gel to hold the center part of gasket in place front and rear ends of pan. Pushed pan up and torqued nuts tight checking the gasket all the way around to check correct position. I do a lot of powerstroke work for people on a budget and this works excellent as long as you clean the surfaces well. I use no silicone or Sealer and never any leaks.

You have to go through a lot to get these things installed but it’s better than not having an actual gasket. The front kind of kept slipping out from between the pan and block, so I put a little silicone on it and let it dry a little (while it was already installed) before tightening it down

I have these gaskets on all our 7.3s. Worth the money but was so easy with the motor out of the truck. But doing it in the truck is a pain and I’ve done both. So other then the truck being the problem lol, the gasket is worth the money and works. Follow the directions.

Good quality pan gasket with metal insert. Only type of gaskets I use with my engines. Cork and paper gaskets don’t come near this quality. Included studs also good.

Fitment was excellent, high quality and does not leak and squish out like cheaper ones. Used on my f350 with the 7.3 and it was by far the highest quality gasket I’ve ever seen. Price is high but you get what you pay for and it is well worth the near 100 dollar price.

Bought used and came just fine. All was there. No leaks so far on my 7.3. Used a new dorman pil pan and primed and coated it with rust protection. Didnt take engine out either.
