So, I’m not a mechanic though I do my own work whenever feasible. This worked great on my Victory 2007 Hammer S. One thing in particular I liked was that it has a nut on the end of the filter. Working under the bike it was easier to tighten with socket/ratchet and came in REALLY handy since I could not find my stupid oil wrench. Plus you can tighten to torque with socket and ratchet too. The filter fit perfectly with no leaks (I checked multiple times including placing paper towels under bike to see even slightest drip).Prior to performing my first oil change on this bike, I was having problems with my bike stalling with oil light due to overheating… this was fault of previous owner (and perhaps mine for not doing oil change immediately after purchasing bike), but I mention it to give you a baseline. I switched to this filter and Mobil V-twin 20W-50 Synthetic (Amazon had a great price with free S&H on oil too). I’m in AZ desert where its been over 100 degrees (again, context). I then ran the bike hard several mornings, plus a day trip up to Show Low (through Payson) and back. This is going from 1500 ft to over 7600 and back… zero problems. My oil temps stayed steady and the engine ran great. I also got a little bit better mileage. Now, I’m not saying this oil filter fixed my problems or improved my mileage… that was due to previous oil levels and type versus correct levels and type… however I think my situation and experience demonstrates a ‘real’ test and it performed well. I’m happy I bought this filter and I’ve always been happy with K&N products.

K&N is a trusted name in the peeformance industry. There should never be a 2nd guess as to whether any of their products are good or not. This filter with the 17mm nut at the end makes fter changes on my bike 1000 times easier. It is tucked away in such a tight spot there is no way to get other type of tool or filter wrench on it. The price, performance and easy of install\removal means I will never even consider anything else.

Purchased this filter to be used on a 2010 Polaris RZR 800S. The nut on the end facilitates easy removal in this models tight oil filter area. I recommend it over the OEM Polaris filter.

Works great. Cheaper then getting at most auto parts store.

Perfect fit for 2001 Polaris Ranger 500. Impressed with the quality of this filter. It is not a cheap filter but the price still seems a bit high. I liked the hex wrench fitting on the end for easy removal. Shipping was prompt. Would still buy again from this seller.
