This item works as it should BUT make sure you have a GOOD ground for one of the wires or it will not work right

Installed on 03 BMW 540 to control Spal high performance curved blade fan in place of the factory fan clutch. No issues so far and it comes before the Aux fan does with any cooling issues.

Activates my spall fans with no problem. I have a custom 1987 Land Rover defender with door small fans running on a Chevy 250 in-line six conversion. Put this in place of one of my temp sensors grounded one of the wires ran the other wire to trigger the relay, no problem whatsoever I may have to switch
