Remflex DIY Gasket Sheet material is an outstanding high temperature material. In addition to high temperatures, it is also resistant to oils, solvents and chemicals. Its uses are limited only by your imagination and fabrication skills. With this in mind however, the customer is still responsible for all engineering in regards to qualifying the functionality of Remflex Gasket Material Sheets used in their particular application. Remflex DIY Material is soft and compressible therefore it requires less torque than other materials to seat properly. Please use care when tightening down. The material can crush down to 1/16″ thick but will normally seal long before that. If this material is over-torqued you can crack it and create a leak. Remflex’s unique flexible graphite material has been proven for more than 30 years in industrial applications, where temperatures routinely exceed 2,000 degrees-day after day, week after week, year after year. For over 10 years we have been bringing this technology to automotive enthusiasts of all kinds to eliminate exhaust leaks for good!.

I ordered in France (= international shipping) 26th at 8PM, received 28th at 10AM.Incredible.. less than 2 days to get it from a litle town in US to a litle town in France.. AMAZING TYProduct seems 100% genuine (it seems there are fakes products), very thick (3mm), didn’t installed it but will do the job on my exhaust I’m sure. Have a litle leak with MLS gasket on my S13.100% satisfied!

Remflex gasket surely works as advertised.

Remflex is the be-all, end-all of gaskets. ESPECIALLY if you use other cheap exhaust parts, these gaskets are a must. A flat, metallic gasket only has so much compression in it to create a seal, a MLS gasket has less, but this gasket compresses and fills any gaps; so, when you buy a cheap exhaust that has warped flanges, don’t give the product a 1-Star because you were a cheapskate, buy a decent gasket and never fret.

If you need to make a gasket I highly recommend this material. It sealed perfectly.

This stuff is incredible. Way easier to use than basically every other brand out there, and seals where other gaskets don’t. I wont use anything else now.

This is the best and only exhaust gasket I will ever use again!! Ever!! I should have just bought this when I purchased the Cats and Y pipe. Dicked around with multiple gaskets Felpro, Walker, some cheap metal things. Always found some small leak was throwing my fuel trims out. Bought this cut new gaskets…..Done!! No leaks, none, zero. Fuel is too expensive just get those leaks fixed!

Bought this sheet of Remflex to make my own Gaskets for the Header to Cat Flange during a JBA Shorty Header Install. The provided JBA gaskets in their kit are thin and feel cheap so I used those as Templates for cutting on the Remflex Sheet. Used an exacto knife and did pretty well with extra left over for more gaskets in the future. For the Header to Block Connections, the Percy/Taylor ‘Seal for Good’ Gaskets are amazing, as well.2002 Tundra V8 4.7L Engine with stock exhaust adding JBA Shorties. Its been a little over a year since and the gaskets are holding nicely. Do it!

I have an exhaust flange that has been near impossible to seal. It’s a bit warped and both mating surfaces aren’t identical. Factory, felpro, etc didn’t work. This remflex did. Just be careful you don’t bend. Cut it carefully with an exacto, slide it in, and it seals really well.
