I used this product to heat shield the underside side of a carbon fiber hood. I did anticipate getting a large enough quatity to complete the job with this order but that wasn’t the case. (There are a lot of vent openings on this bonnet) I will need to order again to fully cover areas of concern. It was easy enough to cut with a utility knife and straight edge. Be sure to clean areas with rubbing alcohol before applying.I do hope it keeps engine heat from damaging the carbon fiber but time will tell.

Went to Mordor with my mate Jam and we both wrapped our feet in this stuff. Worked well enough and we managed to toss this evil ring into a volcano.

I installed this on the floorboards of my Model T. They are made of wood. I cut a piece to fit for each board. I still have a lot left over. They stuck on real well, and I pressed them in place. The boards are painted. Time will tell how well the pieces stay attached.

This product was superior to others I have tried to protect paint from over exposure to exhaust manifold heat on a fiberglass panel. Easy to apply, but strongly recommend spraying area to be applied with one or two good coats of heat resistant spray adhesive such as Loctite Professional or 3M Super90

It showed up in a non descript package. Just the two sheets in a black bag. I have no idea is this is legit Thermo-tec or just some knock off stuff. Adhesion on install is good, but only time will tell if it stays and works.

I used this product as a replacement of the cheesey OEM part to shield heat away from myself while riding my ATV. I used the OEM part as a stencil on this product. I traced, cut, and adhered the new piece onto the inside of a fender off my ATV. This product was traceable, easy to cut, and easy to work with.

Excellent product, will see how it fairs after many hot and cold cycles. Let us hope the glue sticks.

I used it for heat shield in back seat and engine cover for a Yamaha wolverine rmax and I’m impressed with how well it worked!
