I have always used K&N filters for years in every vehicle I have owned. This is the first time I was disappointed that the adaptor, was exactly the same size as the intake tube. I am not a mechanic but appreciate my mechanic taking the time to show that this filter was not correctly sized for my vehicle. This would not match up to my intake tube, which would be preferable, and would not fit in the original box. Some modifications were required to make it fit in the OEM box.If you’re Amazon, going to match vehicles, please make sure to get the right specs.
